Kejengkelan dan kegembiraan,
Terjatuh, putus asa, lalu berharap dan bangkit kembali~
Ini semua satu paket masa muda, yang jadi ciri khas komik ini dan itu (^▽^)
Dulu, aku dan si Beruk adalah penggemar Harlem Beat itu, tapi ga minat sama Dragon Voice ini.
'Tentang boyband.., kayaknya aneh, ya..,' aku nunjuk komiknya di rental.
'Iya~ nggak usah minjemlah..,' balas si Beruk.
Setelah lewat 'ratusan tahun', nemu komik ini di lapak. Ternyata bacanya membutuhkan 'aura-masa-muda...more

Yaampun, akhirnya kudapatkan!!
Pas dibaca lagi zaman sekarang, pandangan si Gie terhadap Rin kayaknya agak berubah. Dulu, si Gie sebel gitu sama Rin di awal-awal, berpikir, 'Nih cowok bisanya bikin malu Beatmen aja!'--meskipun nantinya di jilid-jilid akhir jadi lumayan suka (kalau gak salah inget). Tapi sekarang, sejak awal baca si Gie langsung merasa si Rin itu lucuuuu dan maniiiisss~ 'Yaampun, dasar anak muda' <-- semacam itu deh, bikin si Gie jadi sadar umur.

Rin Amami is a (somewhat) normal 15-year old. His main talent is dancing (he can imitate any dance pretty much after seeing it just once). He's got a big problem though; his voice sounds like a cross between a bullfrog and an old man's. Because of this he's somewhat mouthy and disillusioned; his dream growing up was to be a singer like his deceased mother, which he thinks is never going to happen now.

This is a really good graphic novel involving singing and dancing. Rin is the main character and he's a really funny guy. He is bold, determined, and other things and sometimes he gets into really weird situations that is totally hilarious. By the way, he has a really gruffy voice which leads him to depression a lot but he does not give up and that is his best trait.

An idealized portrayal of the struggles of a Japanese boyband whose members don't lip sync, can act, dance and write songs as well. Not to mention they're also sexy as hell. Hm. If only they were real.

Lots of cute boys singing and dancing! The scenarios are a bit contrived, but I was rooting for the characters all the way.
